Rose Park Golf Course, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Portland, Oregon.
This course, designed by George Otten, first opened for play 1n 1923.
Rose Park Golf Course has five lakes. The lakes come into play on eleven holes. In addition to the water hazards, the many trees on the course can alter your shots. Add the strategically placed sand bunkers and one can see that this course can present a challenge.
Hole #14, a 344-yard, par 4, requires a tee shot onto a short dogleg fairway that veers around a lake on the left side.
The course is a par 72 from the 6,520 yards blue tees and from the 6133 yards white tees.
The red tees play to 5,582 yards and a par 73.

Amazingly dry for a very rainy April in Oregon. Not much roll this time of year but I didn't lose a single ball because it plugged into muck and disappeared. Pretty good for an older course.
